On the afternoon of October 8, 2023, the first shareholders' meeting and the first board of directors of Zhuzhou Hongxing International Convention and Exhibition Co., Ltd. were held in Conference Room 2 on the fifth floor of the Information Building of Zhuzhou Automobile Expo Park Service Center. Luo Xu, general manager of Hunan Hongxing International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and Li Zhi, deputy general manager; Luo Wenbin, deputy secretary of the party committee and chairman of the labor union of Zhuzhou High-tech Group Co., Ltd., Li Wei, chairman of Zhuzhou High-tech Automobile Park Investment and Development Co., Ltd., general manager Wu Bing, deputy general manager Li Guowei and other relevant leaders attended the meeting.

On the morning of October 26, the second Beidou scale application international summit opened in Zhuzhou. Jin Zhuanglong, Minister of industry and information technology, attended and delivered a speech. Shen Xiaoming, Secretary of the provincial Party committee, announced the opening ceremony. Mao Weiming, deputy secretary of the provincial Party committee and governor, delivered a speech. Li Dianxun, deputy secretary of the provincial Party committee, presided over the opening ceremony. Before the opening ceremony, the leaders and some guests visited the Beidou scale application achievement exhibition in Zhuzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center.
